This dog bed is chew resistant, not chew proof. It is designed to withstand general wear, scratching, digging, and light to moderate chewing.
It is not suitable for aggressive or determined chewers or dogs known to destroy beds or toys.
No dog bed is indestructible. While this bed is built tough and designed for demanding conditions, damage caused by aggressive chewing behaviour is not covered under warranty.

COM (change of mind) Return Policy:
The product must be unopened and in brand new condition, with the return to be organised by the customer. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). An additional return charge, which is same cost as that of initial shipping, will be deducted from the refund on returns due to delivery failure caused by customer error. For the health and safety of our staff and other customers, we are unable to accept returns of personal use items.

In order to organise a return under these terms and conditions, you must notify us via the Contact Form within 30 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this Policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way, so we can sell them as brand new product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
