If damage is evident upon delivery, customers must refuse the freight keeping appropriate proof of arrival with damage. If they do accept the freight, then clearly mark the delivery receipt with D or Damaged to document the condition of the freight.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way, so we can sell them as brand new product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
